    The applique block is great and makes me think of a real summer's day. I am terrible when it comes to flying a kite but love to watch others, I enjoyed your story

    Such a wonderful block!!! It reminds me of when we lived in Guam when I was a young girl and I would fly kites on the beach with my Dad!!! I like that paper you used as well!
