It resembles the chenille technique. All are beautiful, but I agree the last is the most striking. Designing is something I'm interested in and I hope to do more of it someday. I'm especially interested in improv quilting. Congrats on the upcoming book. I'm quite interested in your faux rag technique. I host a new Saturday linky party called WHOOMP There IT Is! I'd love for you to link up sometime or every week if you want. I was amazed the first time I saw it, and it works so well when doing wedge blocks. I am a firm believer that when we learn to sew and piece, we don't learn everything along the way. It's a great idea to take a comprehensive class to make sure we're up to speed. Good for you, and you're project is just in time for the upcoming season!Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02834496271292973632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6754013204269921044.post-60498442069504786362015-09-23T22:57:52.682-07:002015-09-23T22:57:52.682-07:00Sorry Debbie, I was so excited that I forgot. So glad you have been somewhat liberated! Your block is wonderful and it will be so much quicker for you when you are sewing.
